Ayurveda, the ‘Science of Life’, utilizes the five elements in nature to not only cure disease, but more importantly, maintain the health of healthy beings. Through daily, seasonal, and ethical practices, we aim to obtain & maintain balanced tissues, healthy digestion, a peaceful soul & a cheerful mind. For 15,000 years this knowledge has been honored, passed down & shared, with the understanding that by maintaining health, it’s the easiest way to achieve happiness. May we all live in harmony with the rhythms of true nature.

Sam has been studying Ayurveda for over 4 years with Arya Ayurveda Academy in India as well as with Maha Vidya School of Ayurveda in Puerto Rico. Under a mentorship program with Maha Vidya, Sam has the opportunity to share these teachings with our community!

Sam offers health coaching to support individual’s digestive needs through daily practices, simple lifestyle shifts, movement, mindfulness, diet & of course, accountability. Offering a free 15 minute call to anyone who is interested in joining a 6 or 12 week individualized Ayurvedic program!
